These one- and two-bedroom apartments have a high specification, with each apartment boasting a generous balcony and dual aspect providing stunning light and views over Dublin. Apartments are accessed by lifts and stair cores.

With the long term use of the building kept in mind throughout the design, features of the building include wide doors, wheelchair access with large turning circles, all designed for ease of use in good sustainable development.

The development is due to be completed in January 2007, with March 2007 projected as the opening date.
